Respawn’s Apex Legends has taken the gaming community by storm. Since the release of Apex, Fortnite has experienced less viewers than normal on Twitch. Apex is applying pressure to Fortnite after they release a Year 1 Roadmap that includes a FREE battle pass. The release of the roadmap has prompted Fortnite to include a free battle pass for season 8 if you complete 13 of their 20 challenges. Apex has been my main game since its release and with a promising future, I don’t see that changing.
