VR Making A Difference

I recommend taking a look at the article above! Just a couple years ago, VR wasn’t known and wasn’t really accepted. Today, that is a completely different story. It is so interesting to me that VR gaming is being pushing into our everyday society, and making a huge impact on those who can’t necessarily  travel.

That’s the story of Jack, a 14-year old boy who is too sick to leave his house because of his need for extra oxygen, was able to meet his favorite sports players and watch games through VR. More importantly, the same software allows students in the same situation to be in classrooms through VR. Now, their sickness can’t hold them back in their academics and social skills. I am excited to see more stories like this in the future.
